This website is owned and operated by NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors Commercial and Residential cleaning services. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Below are our Service Policies, which are intended to ensure quality, safety, and consistency in our work. By using the services of NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC, you agree to abide by the following policies and procedures:

 

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least (18) years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

When purchasing a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full service listing before making a commitment to purchase: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you commit to purchase a service and you complete the check-out payment process 

 

 

Privacy Policy - We are committed to keeping your information confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law. We will use your personal and billing information solely to provide the service you hire us for. (PLEASE CLICK ON OUR PRIVACY POLICY SECTION FOR DETAILED INFORMATION)

 

Data Charges and Mobile Phones

You are responsible for any mobile charges that you incur for using our Services (including our Electronic Services) including text-messaging and data charges. If you’re unsure what those charges may be, you should ask your service provider before using our Services (including our Electronic Services).

If you change or deactivate the phone number or email address that you used to order services or create an account, you must update your account information by contacting us directly by phone/email or through your dashboard within 24 hours to prevent us from sending messages to someone else intended for you.

 

Security - We take the security of your home very seriously, and work with each homeowner to establish a routine for entering and exiting. Current methods include, but are not limited to:  Letting us in on the day of service if you will be home when we arrive · Providing us with an extra key · Providing us a lockbox, keypad, or garage code · Leaving us a key under a mat or pot to use and return or leave in the house when finished

Some prices we charge for using our services are listed on the website. Prices of our other services are custom, based on a customer’s specific scope of work. We reserve the right to change our prices for services or products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method if a monthly service plan is selected .

 

By using the Services, you agree to assist in fostering a safe environment by:

identifying fragile items and communicating this to our cleaner or our customer service team prior to the start of your cleaning appointment; accounting for and securing all valuables prior to the start of your cleaning appointment; We aren't responsible for lost valuables, please keep them in a safe spot, however your safety/security is our first priority. Notifying us of pets and, if necessary, placing them in designated enclosures that would not threaten our staff or impede our Services;

removing any bio-hazards, including, but not limited to, human bodily fluids, animal waste, rodent feces, live/dead insects, and sharp bio-products (needles, IV tubing, etc.); not requiring or requesting the lifting or moving of furniture or heavy items; and ensuring construction or renovation work (including touch-ups) has been completed, all contractors have left, and all equipment has been removed – prior to our arrival. In the event that you don’t comply with this Section , our Clean Guarantee will be voided, we may direct our staff to leave your location (at the discretion of management), and our Cancellation Policy (which is explained below) will apply.

 

Getting your home ready

Notify all guests about our arrival and that we may need access to their space.

Notify the office when you have guests or any unknown person in your home so that we won’t be surprised if a stranger walks out of a room. In addition, sexual harassment of any kind will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

Preparing Children and Pets:

For safety reasons, please see that children are supervised while we are cleaning your home.

We love our animals, however, if they are aggressive, we ask that you have them kenneled, in a room that we are not cleaning or outside when we arrive. NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC and its staff reserves the right to leave the premises if a pet exhibits aggressive behavior and you will be charged the full price of your cleaning. NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC  will not be held responsible for the behavior of any pet(s) while the cleaning service is being performed. If any cleaner is injured by your pet(s) unprovoked, then, the customer will be held 100% responsible for any and all related damages including medical bills, lost wages, attorney fees and/or cost of funeral and civil or criminal proceedings. This also extends to any customer or guests that may injure our cleaners as well.

 

Accessing Your Home:

By providing a unique door code or lockbox code. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home. (see lockout policy below)

Turn off alarm systems. If you choose to leave the alarm armed, we are always diligent and careful to disarm and rearm the alarm according to your instructions. However, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system, including charges from a local police department or security company or other charges related to an activated alarm. No exceptions. 

Additionally, you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC from any and all liability relating to any failure of the alarm or not arming the alarm properly.

Allow for full access to the home. Our technicians perform their work in a specific order to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. If you need to direct our technicians to clean certain areas first or to clean in a different order, this adds additional time to your cleaning. We are happy to offer this service if needed, but you must call ahead of your cleaning so we can schedule the additional time. Any additional time accrued by our team will be charged at our current hourly rate in (60) minute increments.

 

Lock Out Policy

Our cleaning hours are from 7:00am to 8:00pm or earlier or later if requested under emergency situations. If for any circumstance our staff is SENT AWAY or LOCKED OUT from your home between these hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your typical cleaning rate. We will make every effort to work within the time frame you requested, but ask not to be sent away during our working hours.

We can not guarantee an exact arrival time for your visit. If you need an estimated window of arrival, please contact our office the day before your scheduled visit. No arrival time is implied or guaranteed.  We will do our best to accommodate requests, but they are treated as requests. We do not guarantee your day of service and will not change your service date without prior approval.

 

Estimate/Quotes

Estimates are given based on the information given by the client. Should the conditions be dirtier or more cluttered than indicated we will not guarantee we can complete the job in the time quoted.  You will be given a choice to increase your budget, or have us leave the job. 

If you request changes to your service after receiving your original estimate, additional charges may be billed or a new estimate may be required.

We may decline the job if our crew arrives at the job and discovers that it requires a level of cleaning that we are not able to provide. In this instance, we will contact you and there will not be a charge. 

 

 

 

Protecting Your Valuables

If asked  to dust/clean inside of china cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques or collections, or to use your equipment (e.g. vacuum), you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC and/or any of its employees or cleaners responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.

We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason that we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items.

Damage must be reported to our office staff by phone or email within (1) business days of service or NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC may not be held liable. 

NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC, cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.

 

Paying for Services:

Under special circumstances, we ONLY accept CHECKS if this is your ONLY payment method. We accept Zelle, CashApp, VISA/MASTERCARD Debit Cards, BANK TRANSFERS, and ALL major credit cards are all acceptable forms of payment.

A $35 service charge will be added to all NSF Checks.

Declined cards and unpaid balances will incur a service charge of $25 or 15% interest whichever is greater.

We offer many ways to pay for our service. We do NOT accept CASH.Verbal agreement to begin service indicated acceptance of Service Agreement and permission to charge credit card.  Hourly cleanings will be charged for the full amount of time spent at home. Quoted rates are estimates.

 

Tipping

A tip is neither expected nor required. It is completely optional and at your discretion. DO NOT TIP

the cleaners directly. You will also have an option to add a tip on a TIP INVOICE. You just need  to inform our office staff that you would like to provide a TIP so we can send over a TIP INVOICE.

 

Rate Adjustments

To meet your needs and to ensure your satisfaction, NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.

 

Photos of Your Home

We take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. See our website before and after for examples. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.

 

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you think any area that is in the scope of work is not clean or cleaned well, we will re-clean that area to your satisfaction by the end of the next business day.

Please call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return within one business day to re-clean the problem area. 

We are unable to guarantee the cleanliness of the home when using your products, supplies or equipment. You will also be required to fill out a Product and Equipment Waiver form.

We are not able to offer cash refunds or discounts for poor quality on the original bill in place of a re-clean.

Our teams are quality inspected which may occur during your home’s cleaning or after the cleaning tech(s) have left your home. Quality control ensures the highest quality standards. 

 

Modifying the Services and Termination

We may add or remove features, products, or functionalities to our services, or suspend or stop the services altogether. We may take any of these actions at any time without prior notice.

While we hope you remain a lifelong customer, you can terminate the services at any time and for any reason by deleting your account. Our Cancellation Policy will apply to appointments canceled after 10AM CST the day before any canceled appointment.

NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC may also terminate the services it provides you at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. That means that we may stop providing you with any Services, or impose new or additional limits on your ability to use our services. For example, we may deactivate your account due to an outstanding balance or prolonged inactivity, and we may reclaim your username at any time for any reason.

Regardless of who terminates the services, both you and NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC continue to be bound by these terms, conditions, and agreements

 

 

Indemnity

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC, our affiliates, directors, officers, stockholders, employees, licensors, and agents from and against any and all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your access to or use of the Services and your breach of these Terms.

 

Non-Solicitation of NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC Cleaners and/or Staff

When entering into an agreement for services with NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC you agree not to solicit for hire any cleaners or staff member introduced to you by NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC for any home‐related services. We invest heavily in interviewing, training, background screening, and references to find quality cleaners and staff for our services. By using our services, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal services.Please note that exchanging contact information is considered a breach of contract. For continued service of one of our cleaners, you are to contact the office directly and ONLY order new service requesting the same cleaner. Failure to do so violates your contract and you will be held in breach of contract. By breaching your contract, you hold NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC harmless of any and all damages afforded to you under this contract and shall take 100% full responsibility for any and all damages caused by any cleaner or staff you hire directly.

 

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN ADDITION, WHILE NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC  ATTEMPTS TO PROVIDE A GOOD USER EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR TIMELY; (B) THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DELAYS, DISRUPTIONS, OR IMPERFECTIONS; OR (C) THAT ANY PRICING, TERMS, CONTENT, USER CONTENT, OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE TIMELY OR ACCURATE.

 NUE WAVE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SERVICE LLC TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY GREATER THAN REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
